I founded what is now SIG Advisory in 2003. With a background in Industrial Psychology and as an Organisation Effectiveness Advisor, I have spent more than two decades helping organisations unlock performance through stronger leadership, aligned executive teams, and effective organisational design.

My work has involved partnering with CEOs, executives, and business owners as they navigate growth, succession, strategic change, and increasing organisational complexity.

Through these engagements, I have developed a deep appreciation for the relationship between leadership effectiveness, organisational culture, and sustainable business performance.
